Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed Monday-Saturday only. Orders will not be processed on Sundays, federal holidays, or unforeseen delays such as inclement weather. Our cutoff time for same day shipping (Mon-Sat) is 2pm EST. However, if we are experiencing seasonal volume increases or shipping delays, you will be informed by the email you have provided to us. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by any shipping carrier.

Shipments will not go out on any holiday that our local Postal Service abides by at the zip code 37932. Nor will any shipment go out on a Sunday. As long as the order has been paid for by 2 pm EST, Monday to Saturday, the order will be shipped out the same day. Shipments that are placed after 2pm EST, will go out the next day (excluding Sundays). If we are experiencing high volumes of shipments, then there may be an additional 1-2 business day delay on said shipments. However, in the instance of high volumes, we will communicate with you ASAP regarding a delay, if any.
